Features of the RFID seal
It can be read quickly and accurately by a fixed gantry equipped with a reading system or by a portable reading device operated by personnel. RFID technology provides automatic identification of the container. The RFID chip can also be used to store additional information. This additional information can be easily inserted using an RFD read/write device. The chip can be password protected. This seal can be detected automatically when trucks/containers are moving through RFID-equipped exit gates: this makes entry and exit operations faster, more reliable and secure.
